I have some Tein ss coilovers and the drivers side is leaking. I just wanna know if there is anyone local that can rebuild them or if I have to send them to Tein to have them repaired

You could try asking Rod @ Suspensions and springs, Fox Racing Shox, in BC, AB, and SK. | RMR Suspensions (http://www.rmrsuspensions.com/)

It doesn't list automotive/car shocks but I believe he can do them. Not 100% sure about Tein though.

mfrt used to bring it to usa then send it to tein usa for repairs. I would like to know too because my spare set of tein ss-p has one blown.

my problem with sending them to the us is the shipping. a basic rebuild for would cost $75ea unless the piston needs replacing. if the piston is damaged they have to bring the part in from japan which you pay the shipping for of course. I might as well get all 4 re-done. but with shipping and all that it might not be worth it

drive down to the boarder go to hagen of blaine or any other shipping place and send them in yourself? Save the middle person cost and get some cheap gas too and swing by some outlet and duty free on the way back :D?

Yeah as long as the shady border guards don't try and claim I bought them in the states and try to charge me duty on the way back. Lol

You may be subject to taxes on the labour but for the most part, if you can prove they were repairs, most of the time, I don't think they will care. Your mileage may vary, however.
