Where in richmond can I get this stuff for cheap?

pearl castle has it for 5.25 or something but, I assume I can find better and cheaper.

I think I know what you're talking about. Right side of parker place once you go in, the first shop sells that. Taiwanese shop.

I believe it was the same owner as the shop on Granville 10 years ago that closed down and I used to go there as a kid.

I get mine from Red Persimmon (I think that's what it's called?)
Place is in Crystal mall, 2nd shop from the washroom.

Used to be $2.00 for a small bowl. The price is higher now, but not sure how much... It's still CHEAP for something so homemade and filling.

Probably just a couple dimes more than a McDouble.

+1 for this place. It used to be called "Lin's Kitchen" or "林媽媽___" when it was on Granville. Then the property was demolished to build a condo. They had a pretty good pork chop noodle, too.

Now it's near the entrance with the Buddhist statue.

That place is my favourite! Lin's kitchen. I believe it's called Joy's Kitchen now, and is at parker place food court. Their deep fried chicken thigh/leg noodles is so good! I still get takeout from there once in a while.

^GOOD TO KNOW!! I still remember they were one of the last taiwanese joints to use those metal soup spoons. I had no idea they opened up in Parker Place..will have to try next time!
