Hey guys,

Noticed today that there is a small lump or something inside my ball sack. Not on my balls, but in the sack near the left 'wall' if you will. It seems to be able to be moved around a little bit but definitely doesn't want to leave the area. This thing is about the size and shape of a small bead or like half a grain of rice. I'm not terribly worried about it (I am worried though), but I did check my balls and the rest of the area and this thing seems to be the only thing abnormal going on. This doesn't hurt at all, I can't notice it doing everyday activities or anything. Anyone else ever have something like this?

Just so you know. I have called the 24 hour Healthlink Alberta number (I live in Alberta) and I am going to see a Doctor as soon as possible.

I'm 31 years old by the way. No history of cancer in that region on either side of the family.

Probably a cyst

From the way you described it, its likely to be 'spermatocele'. Its a cyst that will gradually dissolve. Nonetheless, its important that you see a doctor and request a scan immediately.

Probably just cyst. They're harmless. If they're big then maybe you can look to get them removed for aesthetic reasons.

See a doctor anyways.
