Boyfriend is renting out a 2 BR + Den duplex on Canada way between Wayburne Dr. and Royal oak. Rooms will be available on June 1st and parking is nearby and bus #123 - brentwood
Rent for 2BR + Den will be $1450 + utilities (gas/hydro)
If you are looking to rent a single room, the bedrooms will be $550 + utilities and the den is $400 + utilities.
The cost covers in suite laundry, wifi, cable and the rooms are furnished.
