I'm currently looking at buying a property as a rental but this would be my first purchase. Wondering if any of you have purchased a property as a rental and what your experiences have been like. I get pretty nervous to pull the trigger on a property even though I've done some research.

Any tips/suggestions and advice you can help me out with?

Anyone invested in Condo's in Port Coquitlam, surrey, or Burnaby?
Pros/Cons?

Reason I ask is because Port Coquiltlam and Surrey are more affordable but Burnaby's location is more ideal and obviously more expensive.
