| turbo rebuilding
guys i got a t518z greddy turbo that needs rebuilding, who in vancouver does these jobs? talked to west coast, they quoted starting at 599!?!?!? nebody got any hookups or ideas? thanks

Since the turbo you are referring to is essentially a Mitsubishi, Dynamic Engineering in Vancouver can rebuild it. As to how much, you'll have to pick up the phone or visit them in person.
Also, do you know what needs to be rebuilt? Or are you referring to a full tear town re/re?
Suggestion: Try visiting one of the RS sponsors. They may be able to help you get a better rate. Shops like West Coast don't really deal with walk-in retail customers anymore (not in my experience.) And if/when they do, they bilk you with prices like "starting at $599."

hmm, i will give dynamic a call on tuesday, as to whats wrong with it, there is quite a bit of shaft play, probabley wont last very long. so i would assume a full re/re would be ideal.
