Has anyone ordered from Fasttech.com before?

My shipment was shipped on June 29th via HKPost Airmail w/tracking, but I still haven't been able to track my order online (it doesn't show any messages when I plug my info in). I emailed HKPost regarding the issue about a week ago, but I still haven't gotten a response from them yet. I issued a ticket on Fasttech, and they say that it's common place for HKPost not to update their tracking information. Has anyone ran into a similar problem with Fasttech and/or with HKPost?

Don't try to track shipments from China, most of the times it doesn't work. I'm sure it'll come soon give it another week. Most of my packages from China tend to take a long time to arrive, not sure why but that's the way it is.
