Where can I get this in Van/BBY/Rmd? Even without the dimsum.

I know they have this exact dish at a stall in Aberdeen, and there's are several stalls at the new Night market that has that too. But where else can I get this in Van? Which place makes it best?

Tai Hing congee and noodle house on Park Rd in Richmond. They give you a jar of sesame seed, bottle of peanut sauce and hoisin sauc so you can drenched the noodles with as much or as little sauce as you like.
