Is it worth to get a degree instead of a diploma? ive heard stories that its the same, jobs aren't in high demand unless you want to be a cop, some dont even use the degree or have to go back for further education, etc.

input on who has experienced? what kind of jobs?

plus what are some programs that are worth taking, guaranteed a job? high demand programs/jobs?

i can't decide if i should just finish my diploma or continue on with my original plan to get my degree or switch programs ASAP
