: Note 2 backup and restore problem

I have a Samsung Galaxy note 2 that has been having some screen problems so Rogers sent me a new one. I used Samsung Kies to transfer everything over. it transfers everything except my apps and e-mail. Anyone know why?

apps and email are linked to Google account, no?
