How to cook white chanterelle?

Hey Guys,

I have about 1.5 lbs of fresh white chanterelle, i've never cooked with it before.
Anyone's got a good way of cooking it?
I checked Chef Google for recipes, but it seems to be mainly sauteing it in butter, garlic, thyme, white wine.

Interesting recipes would be most appreciated.

Thanks

And yes, butter, garlic, thyme and white wine are my favorite things to use with mushrooms.
Oh, and cream.
I'm pretty sure we used those exact same things when we made chicken and morels last time.

Is there anything specific you'd like to do with it or are you just looking for ideas?

Personally, while I love mushrooms, I usually only use 'em in sauces or in sauteing. Honestly, the best thing for either of those is to let your imagination run wild and just keep trying different bases, spices and whatnot.
