After much thought, I’ve decided to sell my beloved Lexus. I am the only owner, and the car was purchased from Metro Lexus Toyota in Victoria, B.C.
REASON FOR SELLING: Looking to downsize, buying a home soon.
I’ve included the details of the car below:

Model: IS250 AWD (Heated leather seats and moonroof package)
Year: 2011
Color: Tungsten Pearl
Kilometers: 19,394 (Still drives like new!!)
Tread life: Roughly 70% (Tires rotated as of August 2013)

This car is 100% stock and driven by a non-smoker. It has been my daily driver (mostly driving to and from work and the gym), it has always been parked in a garage and METICULOUSLY cared for; exterior/interior was washed once a month, and I wax and polish the vehicle every mid-fall and beginning of summer (recently detailed on Sept. 10)
I have all service records from the date of purchase, including all oil changes, post-purchase inspection and tire rotation. The car has NEVER been in ANY accidents or fender benders, and has a clean title. I can provide the VIN upon request, and will even provide a 150pt vehicle inspection done at Metro Lexus Toyota.
This car is ready to be driven away at any time. If you have a cheaper 4-door vehicle (with an avg. market value of $10,000 or less) I would consider a trade + cash on your end, just let me know what you have and we’ll go from there.

In my opinion, the car is priced fairly given the low mileage and the current condition it’s in however I am open to offers. Lowballers and unreasonable offers will be ignored.
