Which restaurant serves good Squid Ink Pasta in Vancouver?

Really? I don't see it on their regular menu.

I only know of Adesso Bistro that serves it, but not sure if it's good.

I think its new, didn't see it before but saw it when I went this past Tuesday... They are tagliatelle noodles.

Squid ink dont have any taste to it other than coloring?

Both.. as I say Santa Barabara has it on their pasta isle. I would say their are marginally more springy.

The thing is it is a mediterranean thing, where the water is a lot warmer than the pacific. I am not sure you get the specific ink type from the squid here, even if you can enough volume. I don't think it is the right climate for us (yet, depending on climate change).

I want the squid ink to make risotto.
Don't know where to get it though.
