Yeah pay it forward was a concept I learned in gr 10 and still do it today! Just doing something small can have such a big impact to someones life, it brings not only joy to them but to yourself, why not spread the love? Haha ill try to do at least 1 nice thing to someone and hopefully they do it to someone else also, a continous cycle where everyone benefits
