fs: 2005 bmw 330ci with zhp package. loaded with everything except navigation. 170km following maintenance have been done in past 12 months:

Valve cover gasket
Oil Filter housing gasket
vanos
front control arm bushing
water pump
thermostat
ccv or crank case ventalation
crankshaft sensor
exhaust cam sensor
fuel filter
fan clutch
power steering pump
battery

all of these are maintenance items were preventative maintenance. Car is running smooth and ready to go. I'm selling to upgrade to a suv. $10,500
