VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) - A warrant is out for the arrest of a restaurant co-owner who say observed or recorded people “in a place in which they could reasonably be expected to be nude.”

Two former employees of the restaurant say they were told by a co-owner, not charged in the matter, that he discovered a USB-key-sized camera on Dec. 18, 2012 while cleaning around the toilet in the co-ed washroom of the now-closed upscale establishment.

They used to run a popup called Chicken Shack like twice a year. Fried chicken, waffles, every southern side you could imagine. Was pretty good.

It was pretty good till it went downhill, I've been there a few times before it got popular and it was good. Went there once this year before they closed down and the food tasted bad, portions shrunk and prices went up.

I legit went there today and got some takeout. I used the bathroom and couldn't find a camera. When I was done and walking back to pick up my order I thought of taking a peek into the unoccupied women's bathroom to see if I could see a camera... then I thought I didn't want to be "the guy peeking into the women's bathroom" so I walked on.

The chicken and waffles was "okay" but the pulled pork was awesome.

VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) – There’s a break in a disturbing case of spying that surfaced earlier this week.

The co-owner of Vancouver’s ‘Two Chefs and a Table’ restaurant turned himself into police, he’s accused of putting a tiny, hidden camera in the restaurant bathroom last December.

“He turned him self in yesterday to sheriffs at the Vancouver Provincial Courthouse yesterday morning.”

VPD Constable Brian Montague says Alan Bosomworth will be back in court next month on voyeurism charges.

“He’ll have additional court dates, I believe his next court date is October 16. It’s in relation to the voyeurism section of the criminal code, I believe.”

Bosomworth was charged earlier this month, and has been freed on one-thousand dollars bail.
