: Spring binding solution?

Recently got some coilovers that have decent reviews on the VW community. Installed them and they are good overall, except, when I turn I notice the helper spring to bind and move slightly with the main spring.

Seems like is a common issue with aftermarket coils, what is the best solution to get rid of the spring bind? There is a hard plastic spacer in between, but it doesnt seem to help.

Both minimizes torsional binding from the spring by reducing the friction between the spring and the spring perch

thanks. I think i saw that torsion release bearing being mentioned on the forum. I guess is my 2nd option cause i really hope to just find a solution that doesn't require me to remove the whole front coil over again.
