I like how the new NSX road car looks, but the post-DTM merge GT500 class race cars look nothing like the ferocious old Super GT cars

Looks really tamed compare to old regulations, but supposedly its going to be cheaper to run and hopefully draw more people/team to the sport. The appeal of the original GT500 was that they were fairly unregulated and were closer in performance to LMP cars, a GT1 class Maserati MC12 championship car was on average 2 seconds slower than a GT500 car.
