while we're on the subject; the BBB is a series of independently owned BUSINESSES, and they do not deserve the degree of respect they receive. A business does not need to build a good record with the BBB, they can buy one through paying a 'fine' or becoming 'accredited', which amounts to paying them an annual fee of $850 and that's it.
