I have an old Tefal Pressure Clipso Cooker from 1995 (MSRP $2000) at the the time. In the past, It's only been used a handful of time and I'm wondering if it's still safe to use, as I have no experience of using it. I tried looking up online to see if there are any safety concerns with this particular model, but I can't even find the model number on the box, and nothing shows up with the UPC code.
Pressure cookers are dangerous if misused or something goes wrong with them but they cut down on cooking time so much.
Considering the pressure cooker is old and there no manual, I'd err on the safe side or at least test it out in increments to make sure it won't blow up on you. This way, you can do it in a relatively safe way while taking some precautions.

Why is a pressure cooker worth $2,000?
Even this scary looking thing is just over $200

Not sure, the sticker price said $2000 back in 1995. We got it as a gift.
I think I'm just gonna buy a new one for safety reasons.

Are you going to make a pressure cooker bomb out of it?
