Ended up being like $8.50 after taxes with the drink because they have a 10% off grand opening promo.
The owner was really nice and friendly. 8.5/10 Would come back again.

I'll play.

Went to New Starlet Seafood Restaurant on Kingsway between Royal Oak and Gilley (south side).

Apparently it was a reopening due to an owner change. Had dimsum.

Food: 7/10. Nothing special
Price: 9/10. Went for 4 people. What normally costs $80 set us back about $50. There was a "Grand Opening" discount of 10% though. And I think I heard if you go prior to 11am, there are deeper discounts to be had.
Service: 9/10. Very attentive. Likely due to it being somewhat new.
Facilities: 9/10. Dining area looks ok. There's multiple TVs so basically everyone in the restaurant has a view line. Tables weren't too crowded. Bathrooms were renovated, and quite nice.
