Hi I'm planning to host a birthday party for my friend and I,
Was hoping to get some suggestions for a Chinese restaurant.

Group: 40
Private room: preferred
Closing hour: 1:00am
No corkage fee

Recent years I've been doing it at Fraser court but the food has gone downhill tremendously.

Can vow for Fraser court...hasn't been that good recently. I would recommend calling up Red Star Seafood on Granville, I'm not aware of any fees though
Edit: Nvm, they close at 10. Still a good restaurant nevertheless!

Always seafood restaurant on main between 27th and 28th. It's kind of a small restaurant but it will definitely fit 40 people.

Had a birthday party there recently and the food was pretty good in my opinion. I don't think there was a corkage fee but I'm not 100% sure. I know they're open late for sure though.
