What happened to these? I haven't seen them on store shelves for about a year now. Checked H-mart, T&T, Kim's Mart, Superstore, etc. No one is carrying these.

Are you just making an assumption because it's a Korean brand or have you actually seen it there recently. This chip disapeared about 1 year + ago and neither Chinese and Korean places have it. Yeah, the cuttle fish snacks don't meet the CFIA(Canadian Food Inspection Agency) standards. I spoke with a Korean wholesaler, salesman and he said it was the colour additives.. Either that or its the fish/animal extract used in the snacks.

The CFIA has been cracking down hard in recent years on imported products containing beef, chicken, pork, fish, etc.

It tastes different now, not as good as before. The pink colouring is noticeably gone. It was all about the pink.

Maybe the pink goodness was what was preventing them from being able to import them into Canada. I'll have to try for myself.

They were like 0.90c to a $1 when they discontinued it a few years ago. Even the Nong Shim Onion Rings are still about a $1/bag. Lol
