What do you guys bring to school for lunch? Easy and simple to prepare. I used to bring sweet potatoes everyday, got so sick of them now. I dont want to eat them anymore this year.
Let me know.

Chicken salad, pasta, bagel sandwiches, chicken and rice. My favorite is chicken and yams, super filling and easy to make. Too bad you're tired of yams/sweet potatoes lol

Extra lean ground beef or pork, chicken, sometimes greek yogurt if its not too warm out, millet and multigrain bread for carbs..oh and can't forget seeds and nuts for snacks. I need a separate bag to carry all my food lol.

Best thing to do on a Sunday is prepare your meals men. What i like to do is prepare 2 days worth of meals on sunday then on Tuesday night do the same, then repeat. strongmealprep/5
Something simple to make is chicken breast, broccoli, a banana, and water. makes you feel good men.

I usually get Timmies coffee and sometimes a bagel from my Campus, I've never gotten a sandwich from my campus because I don't think my campus sells sandwiches, although I've have not checked if they do

For work I cook on sunday things that won't taste like dried shoe leather when I reheat it in the microwave. I also need something hearty, nothing cold or minimal like a sandwich so I've come up with these options:
Proteins:
Beef roast, cook it a bit on the rare side so it isn't overdone in the microwave
BBQ Pulled pork
Pork carnitas, shredded chicken or extra lean beef tacos
Stews
Chili
Meatballs
This plus a side of brown rice or quinoa and just broccoli or spinach steamed up in the microwave.

meatballs + quinoa 'salad' which is just quinoa mixed with siricha and a half spoon of mayo
:okay:
