I have a used HTC One X for sale.
This phone has been unlocked so it will work with any GSM provider (I use my US sim card in it all the time).
There are a few nicks on the polycarbonate case, and there is a very faint scratch on the screen. Those two "marks" you see in the image are the reflection of the pot lights, not the scratch (which you will not see at all once a screen cover is on it).
I would say overall condition is around 7.5/10
