Can anyone recommend a free version of CAD software to do very minor revisions to .DWG drawing files? The requirements are:

move objects
draw lines
rotate objects
delete/copy/paste objects
dimension

I remember several years ago intelliCAD was free but has since gone pay. Was hoping any of you guys out there can suggest something. I know AutoDesk has WS 360 but their cloud service & chrome app itself is slow for my taste.

I'm not looking for trial versions that last 30 or 60 days but something that is free permanently.

TIA

Not sure if this helps you at all, and seems you already found what you're looking for, but many people don't know that AutoDesk products are FREE (for 3 years) for Students, and apparently PAST students.

I downloaded some programs for FREE even after I graduated from University.

Autodesk Student Community | Free Student Downloads on Login (http://www.autodesk.com/education/student-software)

If this doesn't help you, it may help someone else ;D!
