If you have an Instagram account, you may not know that whenever you "like" an Instagram or comment on one, it may be posted on your facebook newsfeed, but not your wall. This means you have NO IDEA that it has been posted to the newsfeed because it is NOT posted on your wall.

This is the third time i've seen this now and figured a PSA is warranted.

Real example from today...
- Old co-worker likes a bunch of instagram posts from this girl in a bikini, he also comments, "Wow, great body".
- His likes and comments show up on my newsfeed
- Guy is married with kids. Now his comment isn't bad, but it arguably looks bad for him. I pm'd him and he was pretty upset about it

Step 1
- Go into your instagram app on your phone
- Go to Settings > Preferences > Sharing Settings > Uncheck all
