came back and finished off the last season last year on netflix and have to say it was decent, it just sucked in comparison to the first season.

Yes, the writer's strike killed the show. New writers came in and it was like they were making shit up as they went, episode by episode. The show had incredible potential though. I hope they can bring a first season feel back to the show.

New series actually looks pretty good. Hopefully there's not another repeat of Sylar/Peter though. Having one person be so much more powerful than the rest just made the show boring to me.
