I know the Avalon Dairy sells organic milk, cheese, butter etc.
www.avalondairy.com - Their retail store is at 7985 North Fraser Way, Burnaby, BC. You can sometimes get their products at places like Save On Foods.

Yup, Avalon is great! My family's been going there for year. I like how their products come in glass bottles. It seems to taste better after an extended period of time in the fridge, rather than your typical box container.
Their store also has ice cream made from their milk and it's pretty good lol.

allot of the time organic milk gets dumped into the regular non organic milk cause they have to much.
Don't see the hype about organic milk

The one you want is Gort's Gouda. It comes in glass bottles and the only milk you can get is full fat (how milk was always intended to be). It also is healthier and doesn't actually contribute to obesity and high cholesterol like everyone believes. I get mine over at Whole Foods
Does Avalon sell cheaper at their retail store compared to grocery stores?

Cheaper? Not by a whole lot. Maybe < $0.50 at most and if at all? I haven't been there in a while.
