Chili oil or XO sauce. You can buy jars of it in some chinese restaurants.

That's not what I was talking about. Its more like w paste then a sauce. It looks like siracha, but its not siracha. Sometimes they give it too you along with hot yellow mustard.

They used to make their own ketchup in-house years ago, but Im pretty sure its Heinz since that's the brand on their packaged ketchup,
