So looks like Paul Walker had another movie that was finished but not released

a remake of District 13 (french parkour action flick)

looks like an almost exact remake with the same french actor playing the same role just 10yrs older

That Vehicle 19 movie he did recently was a fucking train wreck. Hope this is slightly better. The original District 13 was pretty good.
