I just bought the Demo surface (i5) for $350 at best buy, he threw in a case and screen protector for me and i also bought the PPA plan, $12.99 / month for 2 years coverage.

honestly, no. Since I used to work there I know they can do better and Demo devices generally get battered on by not only customers but staff as well when it gets moved from table to table.

$350 is a bad price for a demo model. I've been watching RedFlagDeals and see the 128GB Surface Pro have been getting cleared out at various places for $500, brand new. If you're a student you could get it from MS $450.
