so after many years of using IE, I've finally called it quits and had to switch to firefox for the first time.

questions on some crap i cant figure out/have googled but still cant find (im probably do fucking stupid/blind to search for the proper questions to ask)

1) how can i make it auto correct? capitalize the first letter of each sentence and auto correct a misspelled word, not just underline it?

2) font, so far this is the one that's ticking me of. ive gone to tools -> options -> content -> advanced, and tried to set the font as close as i can to IE but i come nowhere close...as is the font is so bold that its an eyesore.

any help?

I'm a FF user but I have to admit Chrome is more user friendly. Might want to try that one too.

maybe try zooming out a little on FF? hold ctrl and scroll once backwards with your mouse wheel.

Tried.

Tried zooming out on the page and text. Didn't change anything. Colors are set to blue links, purple after clicked. Yet everything shows as black

is the option checked off for "allow pages to choose their own fonts"?

Tried with it checked and unchecked.
Along with almost every combination I can think of so far
