Hostgator is doing a "tax return" sale, with 50% off all packages. This of course is available to everyone ;)

Use this link (http://www.revscene.net/offers/go.php?id=42) to check out the prices (50% off all prices) and then use the coupon code "TAX2014" to get 50% off.

Enjoy!

For a basic business website with hours, map, directions, etc. I'm looking at the baby package, since you can have more than one domain name, plan on making one for portfolio/resume as well.

Is something like dedicated IP address something I should be wanting?

And also do all domains after the first one fall under that umbrella or are they all under the host gator account. Noob to web hosting and I missed the last sale.

You don't need a dedicated IP unless you are doing SSL stuff (if you were running a store that does credit cards, etc). They do offer shared SSL, but I'm not familiar with that.

As for unlimited domains, you can have as many sites as you want

If you do buy a package, please make sure to use our link (http://www.revscene.net/offers/go.php?id=42)! That code expires in a day BTW, it might actually be gone already. Enter the code during checkout.

The hatchling package says one domain so I assume it's like one www address. Where as the baby and business have unlimited, so I'm guessing it's like you can have many www addresses, some of which can just be alias redirects or complete separate websites.

To clarify, you can have as many sites you want for the baby/business packages. But only one site for the hatchling package?
