So I wanted to catch up on this new series called Friends with Better Lives. I know it's the worst title in the history of titles but this show was funny.

I was loling a lot. The cast was perfectly chosen and the characters meshed together really well and the show flowed.

I'm really annoyed that they cancelled this show but keep 2 broke girls on. I mean, seriously!. 2 broke girls got so old with the one liners!. It's like watch Amy Schumer's stand up routine.

This brings up a lot of other shows that got the AXE!

My biggest "WTF" moment was when Fox cancelled Sarah Connor Chronicles.
That show was a slam dunk!

Jericho was pretty cool..

I liked Jericho as well, but I had a distinct feeling it was going down a similar path as Lost. Where everything would get confusing as fuck, and then for some reason aliens would get involved or some shit. Or maybe it would go down a path like walking dead where 70% of the episodes become set-ups for like 5 minutes worth of good watching in the next episode.

The one that I go into that was cancelled early on was the Chicago Code.

Not cancelled yet, but HBO confirmed that The Newsroom was renewed for a third (and final) season for late 2014. Luther, starring Idris Elba, was a great show that was cancelled after three season (there were only four or six episodes per season)

They made a movie recently, it was funded via Kickstarter (goal of $1M was hit in 10hrs, topped out at $2.2M). It's even mentioned in the URL of the picture you linked. Girlfriend started watching it the other day on Netflix, not a bad show but lots of tweenaged bullshit.

Totally agree with Undergrads and Clone High. Loved those two shows. I also have to second The Glades. Sure, it wasn't the best show out there but it was good enough to keep running for at least one more season. If nothing else, they should have given the producers the go ahead to create at least one more episode. I fucking hate it when shows get cancelled right after a cliffhanger.

However, Futurama is the one show that I'm genuinely pissed off about being cancelled. I can't believe shows like The Simpsons is still running, and The Cleveland Show was given four years... yet Futurama, arguably one of the best adult-based cartoon shows with a metric ton of "those feels" moments, is constantly being knocked off the air. :rant:

They'd go after high level crooks, get into tons of fights/shoot outs, and there was always tons of scantily clad women.

They also played tons of hit music, the show was from the early/mid 2000's -- it got cancelled after the first season -- I have no idea what the name was but it was awesome

I really like the concept of Heroes. they hit the nail on the head with season 1 and 2. I wish the writing was consistent for the subsequent seasons and it wouldn't have turned out how back it became. But in reality it wasn't sooooo bad, as I've seen other shows get. It just needed to get back on track.

I would watch it again if they decided to re-do or continue on with the series.

Edit: Just read Alby's post... will watch Heroes: Reborn... actually quite excited for it after the teaser lol. even though it showed absolutely nothing, but the fact that they are taking their time and airing in 2015 means it should be well written.. lets hope.

This was a really freakin' good show through the first season and the first half of the second season... then it started hopping channels and showtimes and I never managed to watch the rest. Cancelled after second season, of course... I think it's on Netflix now, just haven't sat down to re-watch it.
