Looking into moving into a new place in the coming weeks.
Place has been empty and sitting for a while and asides from repainting the walls, the previous owners did a pretty shitty job of ensuring everything is clean.

Oven is caked with shit and dirty, fridge is filthy inside, light fixtures/chandeliers have a pretty thick layer of dust, sinks/toilets all need a good scrub, floors need cleaning/polishing and carpet needs to be washed.

Was looking around groupon and similar sites and found a few things but not sure how reliable/reputable these are so looking for recommendation with regards to cleaning services. What was your personal experience? How much was everything? How long did it all take?

The place is roughly 1800 square feet with 3 beds, 3 baths and 2 stories.

yeah i don't think i can afford that...and i'd probably get flayed if i tried


called molly maid and they only do cleaning, would prefer if the company did the cleaning/carpet washing together.

I saw that groupon...i get the sense its one of those you get what you paid for type of deal. I'm not sure i'd go for that unless i absolutely had to.

gave em a call and got a quote...sounds pretty good but i'd still like to consider other places and see what their prices are.
