Up for lease take over is my 2014 Subaru BRZ Sport Tech. Had the car in my possession since December 7th, 2013. Priorities have changed, therefor I have to let go of the car. The car is currently leased from Richmond Subaru. It's completely stock, no modifications. More details will be listed below.
Transmission: 6 Speed Automatic
Colour: Dark Grey Metallic
Trim: Sport-Tech (Fog lights, Navigation, Bluetooth, Leather, Convenience package)
Title: Clean, No Accidents, No claims
Lease Term: 48 months, lease term ending in November 6th, 2017
Remainder of Term: 20 months
Monthly Payments: $553.00 taxes in
Annual KM allowance: 24,000km
Current Mileage: 35,000km
Things that were negotiated for the lease which explains slightly higher than normal monthly payments.
-Extended Warranty: 4 Years/100,000km
-Excessive Wear and Tear Package, covers upto $4,000 in damages when returning the car back to dealership
-Life Time Oil Changes, meaning the cost of synthetic oil and oil filters are covered, just pay for labour.
-Free Car Washes
Take over the lease and I'll cover the cost for the transfer fee, only on approved credit.
