Did some research and its sort of grey, it seems like you can use the toll bridge fee toward tax deduction only if you owned a business.

can someone tell me the correct answer filing for personal ?

If you receive a T2200 from your employer for auto usage, you can claim tolls along with other auto expenses.

Other than that, the only time you can claim is if you have a business. There are no provision for average joe's to deduct tolls as "transit passes".

Technically travel expenses are not deductible for tax purposes on travel from home to the office and vice versa.
(see paragraph 24 of CRA Publication re: deductible motor vehicle expenses. (http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/E/pub/tp/it521r/it521r-e.html))
