can you advertise for a specific gender? doesn't the BC Human Rights Code say you can't do this?

Not saying what the guy doing is right, but let's be real here. If they are set on hiring a waitress, they will hire a waitress. At least they won't waste any guys' time.

Case in point, I wonder how many male business grads applied for investment advisor assistant roles even though they are basically female roles and nowhere does it mention on the job post.

Go to jobs on craigslist and type waitress. You got alot of employers to email.
