Mine has no issues. Used it to learn piano on and now own 3 other keyboards. I do not use this one anymore. Perfect for kids or adults who are casual or even semi-pro players.

***Note: This Keyboard takes batteries as well. When meeting in person, I can supply batteries (D cell) to power the keyboard and go through the features and show you it works***
