I'm making terrible life decisions and need to know where I can tune for a Power FC in the lower mainland, thanks.

It's for an RX-7 FD, preferably someone with a good amount of experience for it.

Not sure if it's applicable for all Power FC users, but I've seen a lot of Subaru folks (mainly EJ20's) getting Racing Greed to tune their Power FC's

Side note, is that your next ride? :p

Check with Wayne at G5. I'm pretty sure he's an authorized Power FC tuner.

Correct, brand new motor with 1000 KM's, street port & t78 single turbo conversion.

Still awesome  I just don't dig RHD cars however finding a clean LHD FD for a half way decent price is near impossible.

awesome buy!.... If I'm correct Force Fed in langley has a lot of rotary experience, so would be worth it to give them a call.

+1 for RG. i recall tariq (sp?) saying they did power fc tuning on their dyno when i went there for the first time and got the mini-tour with him.

I'm gunna head over to Bill at ISS for the tune once I get the car, maybe even drive it out to spring meet if the mountains aren't too crazy to drive the car back.

I didn't know Bill could do it, thought he did only Motec/Vipec/Haltech/etc stand-alones.

We were just shooting the shit and whatnot, then he throws the curve ball of selling his car... I was just entertaining him at first, then bad life decisions took over.

i'm not sure how much has changed since 2005... but there's not many rotary tuners locally (if any..) that i'd trust.

Rotaries are completely different...

I wouldn't bring it to Force Fed unless you just want a drag car.

Bill at iss will need you to bring the datalogit. Last time i spoke to him, he said he can still tune it with the commander. but should be a lot easier with datalogit

they seem to specialize in rotaries

Check with RG. Mark should be able to tune it. However, last I checked he was working Saturdays only.

If you're willing to stop by Kelowna when you bring it back from Alberta, talk to Kyle at Classified Motorsports. He's had a lot of experience with his own FD and does a fair bit of tuning. The other option would be to find someone in Alberta to tune it before you bring it back.

I like the Steve kan idea. I'd be interested if the price is right.

If you're technical enough to learn on your own, get a datalogit and wideband then message arghx on rx7club for 'chucks tuning notes'.

Give Lawrence a call at Intec Racing in Kent Washington. I know he was trained on power fc at the apexi facility in japan.

I'm in the market for someone with experience tuning Subarus and the Apexi Power FC.

Does anyone have any up-to-date recommendations?
