Last summer I was in Kamloops on a camping trip and I was pulled over for having more than one passenger (still had my N back then). The police officer issued me a ticket (MVA section 25(15) - driving contrary to restrictions). A week later I disputed my ticket and my court date is this Friday.
Prior to this conviction, I have had one ticket for speeding 21-40kms over the posted speed limit. I was actually doing a lot more so I decided not to dispute that. Now I know many individuals who have had their licences suspended after pleading guilty to both tickets adding to a sum of 6 points. The difference between me and these individuals is that I got my class 5 while I was waiting for my court date. My question is, is there any chance that if I lose my court case, I will have my class 5 revoked and be put in suspension?
