March 2015, artists get together to make themselves richer

Net worth of celebrity musicians endorsing Jay-Z's TIDAL service:

"Madonna: $800m
Jay Z & Beyonce: $1b
Rihanna: $120m
Kanye: $130m
Daft Punk: $120m
Chris Martin: $140m
Calvin Harris: $46m
Jack White: $30m
Nicki Minaj: $50m
Usher: $180m
Alicia Keys: Google is all over the place on this one, let's go with $60m
I couldn't recognize everyone, so that's not a full list. The total comes to: ~$2,676,000,000"

The greed is staggering

How about the celebrities that put their face infront of the world to show support for a state that whole slaughtered 500 children?

You work against the Illuminati to feed people, you'll end up with no career and as a crack head servicing Hollywood degenerates or off dead.
Then theres America's own poor which people have no idea about.

The artists are making them selves richer rather then the record labels getting richer off the artists.. I see no issue with that at all!!

Good thing I don't listen to any of these artists. Soundcloud and XM Radio helped me discover waves of talented people you never heard of.

I was tracking down an old hip hop song from 1993... only to find Jay Z in the videos background prancing about. See if you can spot him.

After the Michael Brown incident, it seemed like the elites went into damage control and tried to show that its raciest colonial days were a thing of the past.

The media said that it bypassed royal protocol to have an outsider touch the princess. Much progress, humanity saved.

Jay Z has played the game the best out of all Rappers and pretty much everyone else in the entertainment industry. The amount of self control the guy has is amazing.

Competition is a good thing unless they start doing exclusives like X artist is only on Spotify and Y artist is only on Tidal. Then it will suck and everyone is going to continue using piracy.

These aren't artists, these are moguls/icons who want all of the money and fame for themselves.

This isn't about music, this is a power grab. Watch the introduction videos and they act like they're stopping hunger or raising money to cure cancer.

I will never give a red cent to anyone in that cabal again.

9.99 a month is not bad. I'm sure lots of people would pay

the 19.99 a month on the other hand.... is catering to the rich and audiophiles... lossless audio streaming is new.

lol i don't blame them... it was only a matter of time until the artists with money and brains figured that they could provide their own service lol.
