Despite the laws in BC against tinting the front driver and passenger windows, has else noticed how many vehicles have all windows tinted(excluding the windshield) ? And no, these aren't out of province or US plated vehicles either.
Seems to me that this summer, police are gonna be makin some good money on motorists writing tickets!
smoothie.

They rarely ticket people for front tint unless you were being an ass.

to BC, yes
Back in Saskabush, they never tolerated tinting on the front windows and ticketed promptly

i was driving eastbound on marine dr one day and a cop pulls a U'ey and gave me a ticket for front tint. this was years ago.
Same thing happened to me, cop was going the opposite direction, pulled a u-turn and pulled me over about the tint. It was specifically for the tint as well, cause he didn't ask for my license and registration.
I don't even know how he spotted that I had tint, it was the lightest tint ever.
Either way though I didn't get a ticket just a VI, and I had to take it off and go to the station and show the officer.
Point is if the cop is aware, and wants to, he can definitely get you to take it off. So this depends entirely on where you are and when. It's luck of the draw.
