Is there one day licenses or are the chances low of getting caught? Going to Tofino area in July and wondering if we can go catch seafood? Anyone know of places to get equipment etc temp?

Fisheries and Oceans Canada | Pacific Region | Recreational Fishing | Recreational Licensing (http://www.pac.dfo-mpo.gc.ca/fm-gp/rec/licence-permis/index-eng.html) Salt
http://www.env.gov.bc.ca/fw/fish/licences/ Fresh
It's cheap, you might as well get an annual license. Depending where you're fishing you either need a fresh($36) or tidal/salt($22) water license. In your case you just need a tidal license.

Pay for a license. The potential consequences arent worth it.

You don't have to pay for it and you'll get potential consequences. :teach:

If the thread was what you thought it was, the answer would have simply been:
