Hey guys,
To be safe, I am trying to look for a property management company for a condo. I found sunstar realty which at first glance to be alright as i see some postings on houses for sale occasionally. only two good online reviews. and reasonable cut from tenant's rent.
but has anyone dealt with sunstar as their property manager for your own condo or house?
