Hey guys I'm looking for some sparring partners for muay thai/boxing
I would say that skill wise, I'm in the middle of beginner/intermediate. Looking mainly for people in the Richmond area but maybe we can work something out! Message me if you're interested. If a lot of people are interested maybe we can start a small sparring fight club haha

i think most places require you to have a medical exam if you are looking to spar, i know the boxing club i go, you're required to have a medical exam done before you can even think about sparring so it might be harder for you to find sparring partners,
do you have a location in mind for sparring? not sure if most gyms with a ring or cage allows people to jsut go in and spar
do you have full protective gear?
what weight class are you looking for?
