What's the easiest way to clear up/enhance/zoom in?
My footage from G1W are too blurry to produce license plate number when I'm just driving-by. Only clear enough when it's shot straight on or when the car is stopped.
long story short someone hit and run in the parking lot. I currently do not have it set up running when parked. I'm confident it was the one who parked next to me when I first pulled in (they were parked crookedly, and it's a limited reserved stall).
my MS movie maker doesn't work.
don't fund me I can make it through on my own. :toot:
