Whoa, is that Ken's new look or a costume?

I kind of like it. It makes Ken a more distinct character as opposed to always being compared to Ryu.

i think its Ken's new look.
i can't remember but last time a few years ago i was on revscene chat & a few local guys were battling it out online with the best players from Seattle and it was 1vs1 tournament on twitch.tv.......Were pretty good players from here for Street Fighter 4 with close matches each time....Hoping to see it again for this game,i remember being on edge of my seat watching.
