: STOLEN - 1998 Mitsubishi Eclipse gst Spyder

FOUND!!!

Hi all,

My buddy's '98 Eclipse Spyder was stolen early this morning around 12am - 4am in Surrey.

Please look out for it and call the police if you see it.

i noticed that it has the windshield barcode/pass thing for the port mann and golden ears bridges. did your friend check the website to see if there is any record of the car going through the tolls?

Hmm good call, I'll ask him. He's pretty sure it's in a chop shop and stripped by now... :(

CAUCASIAN MALE DRIVING IT.
WAS LAST SEEN ON KING GEORGE BOULEVARD TURNING LEFT ONTO 128 ST/ BRIDGEVIEW DRIVE. WHERE THE ESSO GAS STATION IS.
THIS CAR IS STILL INTACT AND STILL IN SURREY.
HAS NOT GONE OVER THE TROLL BRIDGES YET.

Go drive around Bridgeview or the slums as I call them and have a look around ? Maybe somebody stole it and just needed the hood and some parts but I highly doubt it because it's been seen driven. Must be a junkie.

exactly where was it stolen in surrey? was it in the sighting area?

Short details and a thank you note from my friend who is very grateful for everyone that kept an eye out or gave tips on helping him relocate the car he worked so hard to build.

"SURREY RCMP HAVE RECOVERED THE VEHICLE IN THE GUILDFORD AREA. WITH WHAT ONLY LOOKS LIKE DAMAGE TO THE STEERING COLUMN.
THANKS TO ALL THE TIPS THAT CAME IN AND ALL THE UPDATES.
